McGraw Mfg. and its tool makers are well equipped with current CAD/CAM software to determine the best casting design as well as maximum manufacturing efficiency.

McGraw specializes in aluminum permanent mold casting using static pour and tilt pour method variations.
The permanent mold process is recommended for customers needing a consistent casting with precise specifications.
The permanent mold process delivers accuracy and dimensional repeatability.
The permanent mold method is cost effective and customers benefit from economies of scale.

McGraw utilizes the green sand and dry sand processes to accommodate a wide range of volumes - from a few prototypes to thousands of aluminum, brass and bronze castings.
Both processes are used for large and small castings.

McGraw’s experienced machinists and operators program the CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to fulfill customer’s specifications.
McGraw has an expansive in house machine shop and offers machining services for aluminum, brass and bronze castings.

McGraw completes the finishing work required for each casting in-house including deburring sanding grinding vibrating and polishing. McGraw also offers the following finish options:
